                                                                                          AFRICAN SAVANNA ELEPHANT Elephant are  the largest mammal on land, however many people have not know many facts about these mammals. Who killed the Elephants

 On 29th January 2021 an elephant had been found dead in Kirumbi Sagala Voi sub county, there had been human wildlife conflict in the area for many years days. Dead Elephant   The villagers had been threatening to kill the elephants if government won't come up with good measures to stop the elephants from reaching the farms.  During the rainy season particularly  the short rains from October to January many animals leave the park and start to live in the nearby villages.   Some villagers say that elephants love watermelons which grow during this period in their farm.  Most villagers are peasant farmers  who only  depend on two rain seasons through out the year, sometimes the rains  fail to come leaving the farmers without food for the rest of the year.  These villages are located in the wildlife corridor, elephants use corridors to migrate, I had seen some people who say that during this period some elephants are having calves and they fear the lions, sometimes the king of the jung
