HISTORIC EVENTS .In 1895 in Tsavo East And West National Park an historic event happened in Africa which cannot be forgotten in the world history,there has never happened a wildlife human conflict like it in the world,perhaps it was the reason President Theodore Roosevelt of United States came to Africa in 1910 shoot lions, He spend most of the time in East Africa (Kenya and Uganda) In south Africa Ghost in the Dark Was acted in South Africa.
Colonel Petersen who came from Britain to supervise the construction of the Tsavo Bridge and the railways, witnessed his workers killed by the two fierce lions. The two lions killed more than 135 railway construction workers, the killing stopped the construction of a railway for more than nine months. You can see the houses of the construction workers and the cave where the lions lions dragged the victim 1.5 kilometres from the scene.
